This page is dedicated to plug-ins created/modified by me. Please note, it can be development versions - nothing is guaranteed. Use at your own risk. Although I have already tested the development versions a bit it is considered as buggy and thus can crash, freeze, etc. If you are willing to test it and report bugs, You can - it will be very appreciated and will help me make it working in shorter time.

Testing builds on Miranda IM - Development most of the time contains quite recent development version of IcqOscarJ.

Plug-in Contacts+

I have completely redesigned the internal structures and rewritten almost all code of the plug-in. Now it looks and works better.

Plug-in Extended Idle System

In late 2004 started to work on Miranda's integrated AutoAway module - a bit enhanced version is now available as standalone plug-in. Do not expect much, just simple working plug-in.

Recent additions:

• Fixed possible memory corruption, possible memory leak
• Some small code fixes & improvements
• Added Unicode 2in1 support
• Added option to go away with a Terminal session disconnected (sync from Miranda IM)

Icons Library Manager

I have taken up the development of this great plug-in from Std. Starting from the latest sources I have added unicode support, fixed .ico files loading and also made some enhancements to resource management.

UPDATE: This plugin was integrated into Miranda core, so this plugin is not needed for Miranda versions 0.7 and higher.

ICQ Protocol Plug-in IcqOscarJ

In April 2004 I found out I want new features in Miranda - like "Idle Time" support for ICQ. So I worked and implemented it. In late 2004 I become a plug-in developer of Miranda - I am working on a fork of official IcqOscar8 plug-in named IcqOscarJ (it became official in February 2005). First stable version came out in May 2005. Since then I am working hard on new features and fixes. Second stable version appeared in July 2006 with many new features, improvements and fixes. File transfers were greatly improved in third release published in May 2007.

My additions:

• rewritten server-list support, now with groups & partially sub-groups
• rewritten messaging sub-system, now more reliable, supports direct messaging and Unicode
• Oscar File Transfers - new, much more reliable method for transfering files
• added full Idle time support
• added full Avatar support (mToolTip and Flash Avatars Service recommended)
• added full Custom status support (CList_mw derivative recommended)
• added AIM cross-compatibility
• rate management (properly handles rate for sending requests - no more disconnections)
• client identification
• many other fixes & improvements

NewEventNotify

Modification of NewGenerationEventNotify by vlko (Miranda IM Addons), which is a modification of NewGenerationEventNotify by prezes (Miranda IM Addons), which is a modification of NewEventNotify.

I have made some improvevements and fixes:

• full Unicode support (2in1)
• some fixes & tweaks

Bridge for Old Plug-ins

This plug-in is in fact not a plugin. It provides compatibility bridge for old plug-ins not compatible with the new plug-in interface required in Miranda IM 0.8 Testing Build 9 and newer.

Copy Bridge.dll to your plugins directory. Take the plugin you want to use with the new Miranda IM 0.8 Testing Build 9, e.g. file named PluginFile.dll, rename it to PluginFile.2bridge and rename Bridge.dll to PluginFile.dll. The old plugin will be loaded with automatically generated UUID and Inteface GUID (old DEFMOD_* are supported and automatically converted to proper Interface GUIDs).
